2025 Young Entrepreneurship Award (YEA)
In partnership with NatWest International, Learn.je is introducing a transformative year-long programme that empowers Jersey’s youth (ages 14–18) to develop entrepreneurial skills and business acumen while turning their creative ideas into actionable ventures.
💡 What makes the YEA Programme unique?
✨ Hands-On Workshops Students will engage in dynamic sessions covering key entrepreneurial skills:
Innovation: Learn how to think outside the box and solve real-world problems.
Financial Literacy: Master budgeting, investing, and managing finances.
Business Planning: Develop structured plans to bring big ideas to life.
✨ Personalized Mentorship Guidance from NatWest International professionals and local business leaders ensures every participant receives tailored support and real-world insights.
✨ The Grand Pitch Competition The programme culminates in a high-stakes competition where students present their innovative business ideas to industry experts.
🏆 The winners will be awarded the Young Entrepreneurship Award and an all-expenses-paid trip to London to further their entrepreneurial journey.
