Jersey Wonders & Doughnut Making - with Four Bakery
Jersey celebrates the 80th anniversary of its Liberation this year! To honour the occasion we are delighted to partner with our friends at Four Bakery to offer this doughnut making workshop.
You will learn to make our famous Jersey Wonders, whose history dates back generations. These deep-fried treats are never filled or coated with sugar, and according to legend, they must only be fried as the tide is going out.
You will also learn to make other doughnut treats like South African ‘Vetkoek’. You’ll take home your new found knowledge, and of course a box of your handmade treats!
This work shop is appropriate for bakers over the age of 8, and all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
